You have 30 days from the date your package arrives to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a standard return:
Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
Unopened original packaging is required.
Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.

We pack every order with care, but mistakes and shipping bumps happen!
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong products:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@cheaneypublishing.com
Include your order number and clear photos showing the damaged item and original shipping box.
We will happily send a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund.
